|After a most successful career with Xerox Corporation that culminated with Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer titles, Dick commenced a 10 year tenure as the Executive Vice President, Sr. Partner and Chief Consulting Officer of the Strategic Triangle, Inc., a very successful Pittsford, NY – based management consulting firm.
Dick held a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Materials Science, both from the University of Rochster. He also held two patents.
Dick’s unwavering contributions of time, talent, and treasure to charities over his career resulted in multiple honors and awards.
In an effort to expand the impact of his Success Tree(R) leadership system, Dick authored a definitive guidebook on leadership entitled, “Do the Right Things—Right, It is That Simple!” The guidebook received excellent reviews as must reading for, and an excellent on-going reference for current or aspiring leaders. Just before his death, he wrote a condensed version of the guidebook, “Leadership…A Return to Common Sense.”
